Yes. Unless your IQ is *substantially* below 100, then you should have the common sense to be able to estimate a 15% restaraunt tip. I know 9 year olds that can do this in their head. If you can't even do this with a pen and paper then you're either lazy (mentally) or have killed off a great many of your brain cells. Feel free to disagree with me, but you dont' live on a mountain in west virginia and this isn't a 3rd world country. If you have graduated from elementary school and cant do this then your math skills are way below average for this country.
