I almost hit an ex of mine. She choked me slowly. I let her because I thought she was joking, and that she'd stop. We weren't arguing, she wasn't upset. But for a second, I forgot who she was. She became, just a person with their hands around my neck. This was 8 yrs ago. She's gay now.
