As per why it happened. Yes the leaf spring with the tera flex shackles was the cause. Not completely, he was on three wheels but, it is very rare but some people have had them suddenly overload and do something like that. If you dont believe me, 3 certified mechanics where there and will tell you exactly as and steven.
