Bingo. I have been wondering why nobody has "stepped up" and stopped this shit. I hate to say it, but if everyone is so pissed about the burnouts, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM. Stop talking about how you hate them and actually DO something. Take action... Call the cops, make it hard for them to do burnouts, etc. I dunno, do something. Don't just stand there and bitch.

I did the burnouts. I admit, it was stupid, but I did it anyways. The cop did not even give me a warning and he did not do it for the burnout. He pulled me over because I came out of the lot a little fast.
