I just called one of my boys that lives on Moreland. He said there is an apartment complex off of a road called Custer Avenue. He told me, before I could say anything, that it was a Mexican based apartment set. He said folks up there always stealing shit. Custer Ave comes off of Moreland where the DL place is. Later, QD.
