I agree with everyone on this... if this were my car, I would be awake all day/night, following all leads, gathering as many people, and goto the location of all the leads... ESPECIALLY where that camera phone pic was taken at.
After all, there's wireless internet almost everywhere so you can stay updated on a laptop. With a night-vision-equipped camera or camcorder, you can easily provide good proof to the police to help them secure your vehicle faster... not to mention possibily monitor who stole it. I'd also suggest you buy a GPS tracking device and mount it on the under-side of the vehicle sometime tonight, if you can. This will allow you to see what exactly is happening with the car... (whether it be theft, fraud, etc.). Who knows... maybe someone already did this tonight. =x
