    oh- and I forgot to tell you guys... he was upset and confussed when I didn't get upset or start crying when I got fired

    You should have seen the look on his face- this was the end of Sept. and still no paycheck for that month

    Ok round one, write him a letter, stating he has one week to give you your pay in full, second, call the payroll company and state you will be awaiting the check for next week?

    I didnt see why wasnt your check out into your account in the first place????

    Second, after you get your last and final check turn him into the BBB, for being a dumbass...

    Second contact a lawyer, cause this could get ugly!!!

    I would file a sexual harrasement suit... muahhahaha. Say that he said he would fire you or you could do it with him... and you held up to you outstanding morals and refused his offer thus he fired you. then sue the dog shit out of him!! lol.
