I would sell it. If it is going to jepardize your pockets in the future it is time to let it go. I personally will never hold on to something that can negativley effect my future and happiness. I've been there when money was tight and it is no fun. The cougar came a long way from where it started. got to the top of the game for cougars. And now it is just holding on for as long as you keep it. Not improving becuase you have a new project. I say sell it use it to pay off other bills.
