Can someone translate this thread for me? I believe someone stole someones wheels, and is riding around with them. Instead of calling the police, they are telling them to get rid of the evidence?

And the rest of the pages are filled with high school dropouts trying to practice typing so they can get a real job someday instead of stealing?
