So whats a real job? Im confused.. Theres no such thing. A job is a Job.. or is it because you got a little paper saying you grad with a criminal justice degree that makes you think if some dont have a degree then there jobs are fake?

Hate to break it to you.. you are not going to do jack with that peace of paper... ...
That degree is lame. I mean, if you will be happy with the income they pull in, then you are in good shape. For the degree , the income is lame.. But if it makes you happy then is all gravy.

Now, if you continue to study with that one already, then you will be in good shape.

Not bashing at all, just curious.

BTW, how I know Criminal justice is lame? I went to school for it, Never finished. I did alot of reasearch and figured out that field is lame.

I think by real job he meant more than something along the lines of flipping burgers or bringing people their food or cashiering, not those type of jobs, but something where some education and experience is required, like managing for example.

thats exactly what I meant, I didn't mean to "bash" anyone on their job.. I was looking at something more along the lines of being salaried, when most jobs that people are hired under are HOURLY. More of trying to get out of the "service" industry.

I'm aware that my degree is very broad when it comes to the job market and what it has to offer in pay grades. But it has a lot of potential when you apply of the federal level, there is alot of money out there, I've done the research. Its gonna be a hard and long road to find that job, but its attainable.

These days, Bachelor degrees come a dime a dozen, Masters are the way to go, which I wouldn't mind trying to get one, but I've been in school way too long and its time to make some decent money.

And if your single, mid $30xxx is good. No kids and no real bills, so you can live off of it and take nice vacations. but I've never been the vacationing type, if you call 3 days a vacation.

thanks for the constructive criticism though..

$30xxx isnt too bad, if you got decent rent/mortgage and not a shitload of debt and no car payment. But if you do, then it would suck balls.
