yesterday my boss came to me and asked me to go out for a position she wanted to see me move up to, so I went out for it yesterday and interviewed for it and got it right on the spot, so thats good...LOL. I get a tad more money, Better position (Higher up in the company) and I even gert new hours so I will be off at 4pm everyday, Cant complain about that.
