    Congrats.. Yeah I quit cold turkey, best way to do it if you ask me.. but diff things work for diff people, lol.. but yeah I am going on 1 year and this month will be another month added!!! Just keep the mind set that you wont ever start again, I have come close a few times, esp those drunken nights lol, but if you got the control over your mind and what you actually do and know that you DONT want to start again you can overcome the cravings no prob! But good luck to you! In a few months you will look back and say that wasnt that hard at all...

    Awwwww! I'm sooo proud! Quitting is really hard. I smoked for 15 years...Marlboro reds! I've quit for 4 years now. I can't believe it. Sometimes I still have one when I get super drunk (I didn't have one for the first 3 years tho)! I always regret it the next day. I feel like shit and my throat is very dry. You can do it. Keep it up
