    Default What was your favorite childhood toy?

    Vtec_Hawts Voltron for sale thread made me think about his. Toys definetly suck nowadays IMO. I find myself sometimes walking through toys r us or target when just to see what is out an is "cool" by todays standards and it got me thinking:

    they just dont make toys like they used to. so what was your favorite toy growing up?


    I think mine was my extensive He-Man collection. I had the ooze machine, castle grayskull, skeletors lair, everything. I aslo had tons of Transformers and Go-Bots. G.I. Joe i had damn near every figure an vehicle as well. Teenage Mutant ninja Turtles was one of my faves as well.



    but i think my absolute favorite was probably my Thundercat Sword when i was like 8. i think i played with that thing till i was 12 lol.

    You can't go wrong with the nintendo and gameboy. I still remember those days with the power-pad cheating, jumping off the pad to win the long jump. I loved it so much I had to buy another from ebay.

    K.I.T.T. car with michael knight action figure, it talked when you pressed the license plate god i miss that thing!! and i saw it on ebay the other day for over $100, my mom got it for like $5 back in the day >.<

    all my barbie dolls heads and arms got parted out by my brothers...

    then one day i had the lil barbie mobile bros thought they would see how fast it would go down a hill.. next thing u know a car came by and ran it over at the bottom of the hill...

    But yeah I was a big barbie freak, lol.. when I started hanging out with boys we would play xmen and and barbies, the xman would capture the barbies and put them in prison, sometimes off with their heads, lol..

    Oh yeah.. i would have to say Lego's also.. shit I still like playing with lego's.. That is secrectly why I still babysit for people at my age of 23 almost 24 is so I can play with the kids lego's, lol

    shit i had this one ghost busters ghost busting kit... shit was pimp!
    I had the backpack with detachable (gun-thingy?) and mad shit... it was like a whole set... it even had a non-working walkie talkie... And then i was bad and didnt get toys for a while... the next toy i got after that was like NES (this is when SNES JUST came out)... lol i started out behind the pack.

    Hrm... what else? After that i started getting shit i wanted myself... I got one of those super duper super soakers ... u know the twin barrel one that u pull the lever back and OWN people, i had that one... That was like the mother of super soakers i'd get ppl unsuspectingly... and the childhood excuse is always "i'm not allowed to get wet"... that pretty much means hands off... but i never listened lol i ownd sooo many ppl

    I was obessessed with getting a power wheel or an easy bake oven. Never got any of them and I was sooo mad because I put it on every single christmas list. My friends had an easy bake oven and they let me play with it once and I thought it was the coolest thing on earth ever!
    Back then I had like barbies galore. I would pretend they were always going out on a date or going to work so they would always look good in the latest skirts or pumps lol

    anyone remember that dude.... forgot his name... but mofo was like rockman from fantastic 4 or something... dont remember exactly... but it was a floppy body with beads/sands or something... and then u stretch his body into random shapes and then pump it and it stays in that position and the muscles look like they get diesel... Shit was PIMP.... back in the day i dont recall what it was called... but i had a few of those and theyd rip and the beads would go everywhere... like a SHITLOAD of beads
