I'm with you on that one. I personally think there should be a law against talking on your cell phone and driving. These idiots already don't know how to drive, much less while talking about what's for lunch.

Awesome. I don't think it should be limited to under 18 though. I really f*cking hate people who try to talk on their phone and drive. Seriously, it's not that important. Put down the d*mn thing and focus on driving.
