That's good to hear, but if it were me I would be a little upset because a ring is supposed to symbolize the love you two have not what you had with someone else. Once worn by someone else that ring becomes a symbol of them and should always remind you of that person. Sucks if you give it to the next girl because you didn't pick it out with the new girl in mind, you picked it out with the old girl in mind

hmm speaking from experience.. i will never ever ever ever take a ring, diamond, band or whatever that has been worn by someone else.. my ex fiance was engaged before he met me.. he gave her a big ass diamond.. they broke up.. we met.. he proposed two years later and gave me the SAME diamond.. a different band. i knew he was going to do it.. they had only gotten engaged b/c she became pregnant.. so i was ok with it.. until i put it on.. i felt sooo stupid.. and plus i had to show his ex b/c he had a little boy him and i would have to met up with her.. anyway.. the any ring that has been worn by another is TAINTED.. trust me.. dont be cheap.. by a new ring that symbolizes your commitment and love for that NEW person..
yes there can be times where you do feel stupid and people will talk shit... but if the guy can afford a new one, then he should buy a new one and just give u that one for the heck of it or just pawn the mofo!!!!

To me a guy that recycles gifts to females doesn't really care. If you truely love someone you go out of your way to show it. I mean hell I do. I have never once in my life given a guy something that either another guy gave me or that I gave to an ex. Number one, once I give you something it's yours to have for life.
