7:22 is awesome. I miss it actually. I went for 3-4 years, now I am over an hour away. Skeptics should go once, you wont believe how open minded and cool it is....not a group of "thumpers" just normal level-headed ppl (thousands actually)

yes i go, i love it! it accually has gotten me back on track, along with some other things.. tonight had prolly 3500 people ranging in ages from 17ish to over over 35 ..
as for all ya that are bashin it.. its ok.. if its not your cup of tea thats you... ME, it is, im not gonna preach down your throght, but i dont expecet people to bash it eather.. you give me respect, i will do the same...

In everyones life, you come to points of decision, Alot of people turn to thier faith in something. 7:22 is there to educate, and encourage . Its probably the least pushy place on the planet to hear about a particular belief. AND the music is unreal, I'd never thought I'd enjoy it to a level i do when I am there. The drummer and bass player from marvelous 3 (formerly) used to play there alot, and you better like it loud.
I say cool people, cool music,and Louie Giglio that speaks is very motivating....isnt he Jimmy?!!

i totally back ya up on that one! Louie is leaving 7:22 to do some mission work though. He is a GREAT speaker, and its sad to see him go, but.. its his time to go he said.
The music is UNBELIEVABLE! very loud and very moving. It really is a great place to go an learn how to deal with stuff in your life, and not get pushed into GOD. Plus there is ALOT of people that you can meet, and share alot of the same beliefs with ya!
the next one is on june 14th i believe.. if anyone wanst to go, i would be willing to meet up and go with ya, just so you arent there alone, and wouldnt know anyone...

Yea, I wasn't in it for the bashing either. Just fun at all times for me. Honestly, I can't stand Christian people. I do tend to lump them all inrto one, but that is just how I've always seen them. My sister goes quite a bit, And I think is trying to start something along the same lines near where she teaches. I am going to try to go with her and see what it is all about.

If this forum knew how many ppl on IA were Christians, the ideas the others have towards the "lump of them" would change drastically. The shame is one bad apple ruin a whole bunch.

^^^ For me it was, honestly, every "Chrisitan" I have come across that I "let in my life," without another way to put it. I have never met a "Christian" that I got close to that didn't either: backstab me, prejudge me or anything else that they supposedly aren't supposed to do to other people. Later, QD.

Thats simply because Christians are still people that do wrong. If being a Christian was about living perfect we'd be taken to heaven upon its acceptance, so we wouldnt live in a world of faults....where we'd inevitably fail. I agree alot of people claim Christ when they hit a rough spot, and try to "live right". Being a Christian isnt changing a few things, like quitting drinking...its a full lifestyle change. Most people tha accept Christ struggle w/ that.
Hopefully you will allow someone to prove me right oneday, if not I am sorry for the blasphemy against our faith they showed you.
