There is a difference between Shopping (hey how much can you get me xx size tire for?) and committing (Hey man, you can get them for this price? Cool get them and I will pick them up on Friday) and then never picking them up or backing out.

Just like there is a diffference in being nice (Unfortunatley that is the down side to retail, love it or leave it) and being an ass (your post)
