    now that i think about it more, and do some research on it this is most likely fake. I found a forum online where people said they saw this pic years ago also. And the properties of the pic say it is just a picture not a live video. http://www.seemerot.com/images/headcam1.gif

    lol its just an animated GIF that blurs and unblurs itself continuously...
