McDonald says goodbye to Chipotle

CHICAGO (Reuters) - McDonald's Corp. on Tuesday said it will dispose of its remaining stake in Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. by the end of October, and posted quarterly profit in line with the preliminary figures it gave last week.

McDonald's, the world's largest restaurant chain, said it plans a tax-free exchange of Chipotle shares for McDonald's stock, and will file a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the coming weeks.

Willy's is way better than Chipotle which is worlds better than Moes. I figured Moes would be the one to be owned by McDonalds since its the greasiest and most "fast food" like. Chipotle uses the best ingredients I think.
