My friend Katie, her father was just in a car accident last wednesday and it was pretty sad. He had intenal bleeding, and his brain was completly bruised, he has a tube going into his head to pump some kind of medicine to keep the swealing down. He broke all his ribs, and a couple other parts of his body. They knew he wouldn't make it and then Friday came and they pulled the plug and today she signed a paper stating which of his organs she was going to donate. That was the most horrible thing I have ever seen a friend go through. Your mom is very lucky.
