how do i find a roommate?

here is the deal,i just found out last night my wife wants a divorce.i have 2 weeks to find a place that me and my son can live.he will only be with me 3 or 4 days a week. how should i go about looking? i have not been in this situation in 8 years so im fucking lost. andone have any ideas? and how do i make sure i dont move in with a dead beat roommate that never pays?
if anyone has any advice let me know.im desperate.

Ah man... i'm so sorry to hear that

. I wasn't married but bought a house with a gf of 2.5 years so i sorta feel you... I ended up getting a friend to room with me but I also looked into craigs list. you can put a want ad up. i got a lot of replys from people that sounded like decent options... if you go that route tho you'd probly want to write up a contract and all and check their credit... thanks,im more worred about finding a non party type place and someone that can deal with the crying of a 3 year old. this is going to be a big change for my ive been with my wife for 8 years so i feel kinda shitty.

life happened,people change weve been together for 8 years and married 6 years, i was 22 and she was 17 when we got married.we were both to young. its over and im never gonna do it again. ive got my boy and the break up was clean and we are cool no lawers are needed i get all the furniture and tv and stuff. and she gets her freedom.its for the best now we can both start living again. i cant wait.
