    so what happened?

    I would think they'd argue that the pic was on the internet and no one "copyrighted" it and therefore it can be used in whatever way they like.

    But they are dumbasses for LEAVING your TAG on it. I think you can call corporate and request it be removed from their catalogs, there may be some form of compensation

    i don't believe there really are any legal remifactions that can be taken here. I've known someone that encountered the problem before.

    Apparently I did give me permission back in Feb. of this year.

    Hey Brandon,

    How are you doing? My company would like to use your vr4 picture for an ad champaign - do we have your permision to do so? Will you waive all rights to it for that purpose. I would send you a copy of the add if you like. It would be used for a picture on a tv screen.
