This forum group is a probationary group for new members. All new users will become noobs, they will not be able to make threads in the FOR SALE sections of the boards until they have either: 25 post, 20 rep points, or have been here for 90 days.
^ that is the terms for posting in FS so if he could post in there its b/c he has been here more then 90 days
