If you called yesterday for basic dsl support or even home networking you probably got somebody who's first language wasn't English. I was thinking about getting BS DSL once they got the new 12.0mbs service but fuck that I'm not even fuckin with a company who has mostly foreigners for tech support. Most of them don't know what the fuck they are talking about and are rude. They only use them because they are cheap and, give good customer support according to company standards. Personally I am glad I am with comcast and will not switching back over.
