ebay possiblities maybe or maybe not

ok, well i just had my indash tv up for sale on ebay and heres my listing... no it didnt sell, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEUS:IT&ih=009 , well while i was on there looking for others and seeing what they were selling for i found this one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ALPINE-CVA-1005-...QQcmdZViewItem so i start to think about it , maybe he has the same black interior, maybe the same blue Gatorade bottle and modified mag also... IN THE SAME SPOT. so i send him this email on ebay... it goes like this.:

exceuse me but i dont think that i remember giving you permission on using my pictures. i have copyrights to all of my photos. you can either pay me for my photos that you are using in your auction which you are using 2 at $15 at piece or you can take them off your auction right now and there will be no legal actions taken. i expect an immediate response before 12:00 midnight july 19th, 2006 eastern time or my lawyer will be contacted in the morning, or we can work out a deal. thanks and have a great day

is it just me or are those my pictures and is he trying to scam people... cuse someone tried to screw me out of 465 last auction and that stuff pisses me off. please someone enlighten me on this subject
