    Im all excited and shit, got an interview at a dealership on Friday for a technician. Hope i get it, so my automotive career can be on its way!!!

    independent shops rock! i get to work on hot rods and shit, but u dont get the benefits and all that u do at a dealer sometimes and there are some other perks but oh well

    dealerships are revolving doors, they could give less of a shit about you, dont matter how long you been at the dealership, they can replace you in 30min if they need to, but at an independent shop you get in good with the owner and you got job security, but just starting off i guess isnt a bad move.

    I had a interview at volkswagen today, it went well, im supposed to call back tommorow and see whats good. If your a good salesman, they move you to Bentley right next door. Good shit. Come over that way, the bently techs there make a killing

    I start off doing oil changes and small jobs, and testing out all the new cars making sure everything is ok. Once i get in the groove ill be an apprentice tech and will start trainging to be a tech, and go from there.
