Why go to the shooting range when

You can just set your room up to be one. Seriously people, it did not take very long to set up. I underestimated the bullets penetration at first so I have some holes in things I didnt want to ruin but I fixed it so it would not happen again. The noise level is tolerable, and I dont have to pay for range time, ears or eye protection. Completely free, minus the ammo. Its a very short range but its still fun.

Yeah ranges are quite borring though. I went there to sight in the rifle, but other then that, it hits where you aim it so shooting paper gets borring fast. Thats why I shoot animals because they do something different each time you hit one. Plus you can pretend your playing CS with headshots only or you can do body shots and watch them squirm before a head shot or more body shots. Its great. But this in house shooting is pretty fun if you have nothing better to do or if its raining outside.

Probably a one shot rabbit kill 100yards away. I spent about $800 total for it since I wanted something very accurate to shoot in the back yard. The time I sighted it in at the range I was hitting .25" groups at 50yards with basic remington subsonic ammo. I could get better ammo but I really dont need to be more accurate for shooting rabbits and such, and I want to keep using the subsonic rounds for there noise level (back yard). Now those CB caps are as worthless as a legless horse. At 50yards the groups look like it came from a shotgun lol.

I have a mosin nagant m44. It is what the Russians used in WWII. It takes a 7.62x54mm. I love that gun

I have one of those from 1928. Dont know what its called, I would have to look it up, but its also a 8mm. I went to get rounds for it and got some old as ww2 nazi bullets, with little swastikas on the back, no bs.
