DONT HATE.........sometimes things had good timing. its happened to me b4. i mean cops do drivie around in decatur. its not like they scared to drive there. decatur is a very nice area to live. its just every area has a hood.

if someone had actually called the cops and they got there in 5 minutes i would understand..but as cops normally do,they were patrolling and saw the shit happen and pulled in
