If there are I am sure I make to make cas they will look at my income before child support not after. I hate getting screwed by government cas there isnt a whole lot you can do...
I don't know about whether they look at your income or not. I'm in the process of fighting a ticket right now, but I have legal insurance that is paying for a nice qualified lawyer.
