LIRL, i been in 2 wrecks my ENTIRE life and only one i was driving..i got rearended by a bitch leaving my high school parking lot two years ago cause she was on her cell phone and my dads tow hitch went right through that front bumper....she claimed i rolled into her cause i had a stick....lol it was a AUTO 2000 fronteir crew cab on 31's..the cop was like, did you accidently hit reverse i was like uh no, my shifters in the floor. You know, I've never had that problem. I've had other people hit me a couple of times, and there were never any issues. In Georgia, you have the right to take your vehicle WHEREVER you want to have it fixed, and the insurance company is obligated to do so. The only thing I have ever had a rough time with was negotiating diminished value.

yeah, she is aware of this. a few years ago, SHE rearended someone and insurance totalled out her blazer and thats how she got our other civic. pisses me off though cause her mom didnt pay attention. i thought you had to have a police report though no matter what.
