    best thing you can do, take her to a really nice restraunt, and hand her a small necklace box that has nothing in it but a small note that says "I love you mom" in it.

    thats cheap as hell!! lol, go to mayors or zales and get nothing but a $2 box and a note. she'll get it and be like how thoughtful!! then when she opens it, she gets pissed off and lays your ass out for being a cheapass...lol, j/p homie but if you do the nail thing, the one across from bass pro is pretty good from what some female friends tell me.
