Papa John's on line system sucks and I work there so I know all the bugs and problems...majority of the peeps have no clue how to order stuff and I have to call them regardless if I can even get thru due to dialup to see what the hell they want...they will order a pizza that comes with set toppings and take them all off trying to make changes to the pizza to get a better deal or whatever...if you are too lazy to call the store then don't be surprised if you don't get what you want because the puter won't let you make it the way you want it made...also the default message always says you will get your pizza in about 30 to 40 minutes...yeh right...if you place your order during the rush period on any given nite you will wait at least an hour or so due to the large amount of orders received in a small time frame...we make what we receive from the on line service and can't make changes to the orders without deleting them and starting all over again...half the orders are typed in wrong by you the customer...example...I want delivery though I typed in carry out...if you have no clue what you are doing please call the store...that is what we are there for...for those of you that know what you are doing it works fine but realize the time given for delivery is never a quarantee especially if you haven't called the store to see how busy they are...there are several bugs in our system so realize that when ordering...we do try to get pizzas out to you as fast as possible but there is only so much we can do...and anyone that calls an order in 5 minutes before close is an inconsiderate bastard...I'm sure most on here wouldn't want to be kept at work an extra hour after you closed because somebody couldn't get an order in at least 30 minutes before closing time...everyone should have to work in the restaurant industry sometime in their life to realize all the BULLSHIT we put up with day in and out...
