    amm, looks like everyone here knows everyone, and I know only a couple of people - those that I've talked to at the meeting at N.P.Mall ..

    I have the black turbo-D Civic

    I keep posting and now I have like 30 E-friends. Ive met 2 in real life, but the other 28ish are still friends and when we make jokes and we respond LIRL it makes them see more of a real friend since they are laughing in "real" life. I need the go to some meets to make my 28-2 E-friend ratio more even with real life ones and I could also meet some hot chicks.

    pauls list to make friends on ia:

    step 1: post lots of good material in the NWS forum

    step 2: don't make lame post (this topic is a good example)

    step 3: share pix of your gf, wife, mom (only if hot) w/ the board

    step 4: go to meets/events walk up to people and talk

    step 5: kiss ass to the key people (admins, mods, og's, sponsors, etc)

    that should get you in the right direction

    Paul is exactly right, and I can't stress the one in bold enough. Also, don't "bandwagon hate" i.e. if we start attacking someone for their stupidity (like this thread, but I am in a good mood so I am trying to spare the full flaming) don't jump in like you know what is going on. Just sit back and read and laugh. Bandwagon flaming doesn't make you look "e-cool," it makes us turn it on you.

    But before you do all of this, you should try what B18c1Turboed posted. There is a whole world outside of the interweb, with living, breathing people. Oh the thought!

    - don't have that much time to search for good material, sorry

    - lame post .. why ? Just wanted to know if you guys meet somewhere else to have parties, go to bars or something .. other stuff than the car meeting.
