real > fake. I agree with Julio that while fake my look nice, real are more fun to play with, and fake eventually cause problems... I HATE the wrinkles in fake boobs at the bottom... ugh.. But I agree with the general consensus... real, but if it would make YOU happy to have em a bit bigger, go for it.
