no shit, thats awesome, i would love to own a place up there but its sooo expensive, i was looking at some ocean side lots in 4wd territory in corolla and they were like 500,000 just for the lot. my grandad used to own two lots in kitty hawk back in the 70's for about 20k for both of them and ended up selling them in hard times...too bad he didnt hang on to them, they would be worth 100's of thousands now.
