So... Wal-mart allows me to setup a burner and sell my new sausage patties inside of the store and people get sick... who is at fault? Do you think it's smart to say "sue Baby J" or go after the big fish (Wal-Mart)? I am not saying which is right... but what I AM saying is that if it's found that I am breaking FDA rules w/ my sausage and have no business license and Wal-Mart did not verify that I was legit they could catch heat for it, and they WILL catch heat for it. EVERY1 knows that Topspeed did not do the work, but at the same time do not jump on here tryna "protect" a shop where some1 there, or some1 authorized to work there committed a felony. Put it this way... if Miranda takes TOM (not Topspeed) to court... do you think Topspeed would NEVER be mentioned in the trial?? You bet your ass it will. Doesn't make it right, but it will happen.
