Tom then realizes that he made a mistake and put the wrong dash pad into the wrong cars... no biggie he admits to it. Makes arangments with both parties to swap them back out. Both parties agree and both are happy.

Other than that all I see are a bunch of ATTENTION WHORES and another shop trying to egg on a situation they should have no involvment in other then trying to benifit themselves.. what they really should do is worry about their own problems, which they have pleanty of.
