    Default Hail yea, tricks...I'm moving up now....

    Welp, ya'll are reading a post by IA's first truck driver, lolol. I passed my CDL driving test today so that means a promotion at work and an ok $300/week raise. Then, next month, the raise will increase another $250/week for a total of about a $550/week raise. Yea for me and my ride! Later, QD.

    I had an AP license. That is like a "learner's permit" for the CDL. I could drive then, just had to have a CDL person with me. Now I have full CDL so I can drive by myself. Later, QD.

    congrats... my dad has his CDL, if you can deal with the long hours and stupid people on the road (the ones that slam on their brakes in front of big rigs without understanding that the truck has a 2 sec. delay), you'll do great!

    Who gives a shit how much you make you still drive a fuckin beer truck...Which means that there is always free beer and a party where ever you go. Its just a perk to get paid to drive the truck...lol Nice job gettin the CDL and I hope you do well with that raise.

    make that second truck driver. i have had mine since i was 20. drove on the road for 6 months. did you get a class A or B. either way you will always have a job now as long as you keep your MVR clean. congrats anyways. its not easy to get it.
