    Exclamation Help with Dremel.

I want to purchase a dremel and I have the money for it. I can either get a cordless one or a regular one. They both have the same RPM capacity. Which one would you recomend and why?
    All help appreciated.
    Thanks
    Aaron

get a regular one with the snake extension, that way you wont have to stop every now and then to let your hands cool down and they wont hurt from the vibration. also the cordless one dies quickly, havent heard any good about them at all

What about performance wise other than the life of the battery?
Should I expect a different output?

I have the cordless one mine came with 2 batteries so i just make sure i charge both completely before i start anywork. I have never had any problems with them and my batterries run full blast for about and hour or so each with the occasional smoke break so that my hands can stop vibratting . but it so much more convenient not having the cord all in ur way or having to hook up an extension when ur cord doesnt reach..

aslo performance wise they are the same until the batterie starts to die.

the battery dies with heavy use. i was using one to modify a shopping cart and it took a few battery charging breaks as the performance drops significantly. make sure u have a back up battery or get the extenstion cord as was previously said.

Depends on what your tryin to use it for... If you dont ever plan on using it somewhere where outlets are not close by... Then stick with the corded. If you want to be mobile... You'll just have to deal with half ass batteries.

really. get the corded. you'll regret the battery. if you dont use it enough. the battery will go dead and have shitty charge, but if you use it too much the charge will die. plus with the corded, you dont have to worry about the battery going down. so just go buy the freakin corded one.. damn. lol.

stfu and get the corded. You'll kick yourself in the ass later if you don't. The corded is easy to use, and I just drape the cord over my shoulder while I'm using it. Keeps it out of the way of whatever I'm working on.

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

get the one with the chord. I bought a chordless impact wrench, and the batteries suck ass. They only work for a hour max, and take 5 hours to charge. I thought i could use if to do quick wheel changes at the strip or whatever, but by the time i get to where i'm going the battery is dead.

Yes... as he said... get the one that makes music. Not only music, but 2 to 7 part harmonically balanced music! Jam out while dremeling!
