I know that if its older than 20 years then it doesnt need a title to be sold so Im sure thats when the bill of sale comes into play.

its 100% either 15 yrs or 20 years...
I didn't need a title
i'm leaning towards 15 though
It's 20 years. All you need to do is walk in with a bill of sale on the car and they'll register it. (I know because my AE86 is a 1985, thus no title needed)
What if there is no tomorrow? There wasn't one today.
yep, 1986 and older doesn't need a title.
Who knows?
cool thanks.
