Tell your friend not to bother confronting him at all. What is it going to accomplish? She's not married to the guy. He doesn't owe her money, does he? Then confronting him with this info is only going to piss him off and create a stalker or worse.
Tell her to find a new man....QUICK.....and he will get the hint when she doesn't return his calls and is hanging on someone else's arm (even if she has to fake it for sec for him to get the hint and go away).
The guy is a loser and HE knows it, otherwise he wouldn't have the problems he has. Her telling him he's a loser is not going to do HER any good.
