Say you're talking to this person, not really dating, but maybe considering it... and they seem really great...They have a great job (an engineer, for example, making $85K+ a year), a nice house (only from description, you've never been there), served in the military, etc.

What if you found out that everything they've ever told you was a lie... From their name to what they really do to the felonies on their record, etc.?

This happend to my best friend just 2 days ago... She was kinda talkin to this guy and we just found out that he's had 2 DUI's (not really that big of a deal), 2 felonies (1 for assault by a deadly weapon towards a female *he beat the shit out of her with a hand gun* and 1 is for fraud to a corporate account *stealing money*) 10 misdemeanors, etc. Not only that, he was dishonorably discharged from the military. He's also had warrants out because he doesn't pay court ordered child support.

She wants to confront him because she's like me, she hates a liar... But she's afraid he'll try to hurt her... What would you do? How would you go about that? She wants to brush it off, but he bounces at the bar we go to on the weekends...
