problem with bonded title?

my car cr had a salvage title in NJ, which is where i bought my car from, i forgot if its rebuilt here in Ga or clean, i'll have to check with the bank that has the title, i think its clean cause a bank wont loan out on any other title

but bonded title just mean s there was a dispute over ownership..or lost title...but still legal to buy/ sell.
