Sorry I had to go to a meeting lol...

I have known a couple people including my dad that used to smoke...so say the key to quiting is not buying them anymore...and then find something good to get adicked (fuck me sp) to...my dad learned to play the guitar, and another one of my friends started learning how to work on computers...
