^^^true, but not quite the same. first off, most items on ebay i buy have real pics. those that do not are all claimed to be either brand new and unopened or claimed to be in working condition, something they are then bound by. i do have a tendency to avoid items without pics and such claims, as well as those that sell under the whole "buy as is, no return" thing. either way though, some ppl on here drive quite a ways (myself included) to pick up/meet up for items, so the more they know or can tell by a picture, the better right?
