    ^ the pix don't do it justice you need to check this place out, very cool we spent probably 2 hours looking at these 10 model homes ; we snuck around w/ a camera taking tons of pix for ideas

    Wow... how was their pricing? I need to talk to someone about remodeling my master bathroom, but I'm not quite at that point where I want to waste tons and tons of money on a l337 name, if you know what I mean.

    My wife likes this sunk in part. So this will probably be my next project.

    arnt there wooden beams right behind drywall.. that would be hard as fuck to do if the house wasnt built with the sunken in part in mind already

    Basically I'm gonna fake it. My existing wall will be the sunken part and build out with 2x4s and sheetrock. I am gonna use a piece of trim to sculpt the arch. The outlet is not in the way so I wont have to move it

    this is on eof the coolest features we saw... you walk up a small flight of stairs turn walk up another small flight and you walk right into this... a small nook in the hall way for lounging for watching tv on the plasma screen mounted on the wall or reading books out of the built in bookshelves to either side... seating in the shape of an l-shape big as 2 love seats
