If i were you i would look into the 3SGE (N/A version) the later versions 3-4 made amazing power and can be taken into the 200+whp range with bolt ons and some tuning!!!the gen 4 BEAMS(Breakthrough Engine with Advanced Mechanism System) version made 200@7100rpm(8300 rpm redline) to the crank stock NA!!!!!they rev very high and actually make some tq lol. this would be alot cheaper and give you more than enough power to rip it up on the street/track.they make amazing track motors, its also what im planning to do to my MKI MR2 ! IMHO the GTE would be too much for a FWD car...wheel spin would own you!

usdm gen 2's make 200 hp jdm ones make 225.
gen 3's make 240 hp

thats great...i still dont know what the fuck your point is...your only restating what im saying lol. i never said your poor motor made less power than you claimed. that 185 is also the RC edition not another Generation. there were only 3 gens of the GTE. all the power levels i posted where correct except for the gen 3 originally which i corrected in my next post. :jerkit:
