Seriously, though, do you know what carrier the cell user is with? I'm sure you could call the carrier up and find out.

Why the fuck would the carrier give out someone else's phone number? Skip tracers have to pay companies to find people's cell number. Knowing someone's carrier doesn't do shit.

found a way, a friend of mines dad works for the agency. told him was was going down and he gladly got me the information...
its not telemarketing, its catching someone is some shit that has hurt me and i'm looking out for the well being of my heart and feelings from being hurt further.
