    Yep! haha feels so good . My main concern is not that she will try to move back in or something like that since she is 99% moved out and i'm sure she doesn't want to live with me any more. My concern is that she will try something evil, like messing up my stuff or taking more of my things. Since she took that $500 out of my bank account without asking I don't feel that I can trust her. I think that would stand up pretty good in court or wherever it would be questioned as to why she is on the mort. and doesn't have a key. I'm just hoping to find exactaly where it states what the law is regarding an issue like this. I might have a lawyer i could contact... Anyone here into law?
