There is a woman that works in my office, that looks normal and probably in her early 50's or late 40's. When you're talking to her on the phone she talks fine, but in person she has short outbursts to where she'll talk like she's sucked on a tank of helium for a couple minutes. Sounds like a cartoon voice. Freaks me out sometimes, and I almost want to ask what the hell is she doing, because it almost sounds like its forced.

She probably has one of those resperators. Kind of like Superman. But I guess Superman wasnt to super afterall
